Booking procedure with CroatiaCatamaran.com is simple and easy. In order to get a better impression of the booking process we have summerized it and describe it through few most important steps.

2. CONTACT US WITH YOUR REQUEST
After having found the appropriate catamaran You would like to book please contact us with Your request. You can fill in the booking form or simply send us an email requesting our offer. We appreciate as many information as we can get in your first contact. The important info we need to have in order to be able to send You our detailed and precise offer are: charter period, preffered departure marina and number of guest cabins requested on board.
Once we receive Your inquiry we will shortly send You our complete offer that includes the information on the availability and current prices with valid discounts.
3. OPTION ON THE REQUESTED CATAMARAN
After we receive Your answer saying that the catamaran offered is acceptable for You we will put the chosen boat under the option for You. Option means that we are holding the catamaran temporarily out of booking and it will not be available for booking to the other guests while Your option lasts. The option gives you enough time to make your final decision regarding booking and to arrange all other details of travel like for example booking a flight tickets etc. An option on a catamaran selected can last maximum 7 days.
4 .BOOKING THE CATAMARAN
Once You have decided to confirm the option on the selected catamaran according to our first offer we will book this catamaran for You.
After having received a final confirmation from the guest including all the personal info requested (adress, passport number etc…) we will send booking confirmation and a charter agreement with charter conditions. These documents include all the important information for your charter (type of boat, period, terms) and also includes all the details neccessary to accomplish the payment.
The standard booking procedure says that the payment is to be made in 2 parts by bank transfer.
The first payment in the standard amount of 50% of the charter price should be made immediatelly after receiving the contract within 3 days. By accomplishing the first payment you confirm your reservation of the particular catamaran for the specific charter period. It is important to mention that by making the first payment into our account you agree to our ‘Terms and Conditons’, and to a ‘Booking agreement document’ previously sent to you.
The second payment should be made one month or 30 days before Your sailing period, in the amount of remaining 50% of the charter price. With this payment you have completed your booking.
Additional costs (if there are any) should be paid in the base, usually in cash, during the check-in procedure.
After each payment, upon we receive the funds, we will notify you immediately and send you a confirmation document/invoice.
The only payment method we accept is bank transfer.
The payments can be made through internet (internet banking) or through a direct payment in the bank.
